At Gr8Dealz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for most items.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- All tags must be attached and intact
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Intimate or hygiene-related items
- Opened software, digital downloads, or streaming media
- Perishable goods
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact our customer service at team@Gr8Dealz.Store
2. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Include the RMA number and original receipt
5. Ship the item to our returns center (address will be provided with RMA)
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
- We will cover return shipping costs
- You will receive a full replacement or refund at our discretion
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges for size or color are available within 30 days
- Customer is responsible for return shipping of original item
- We will cover shipping for the exchanged item
